We want your Nuviro order to reach you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please read our shipping policy below for full details on processing times, delivery estimates, and costs.

Where We Ship

Nuviro currently ships within the United States only. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories at this time.

Free Shipping

Orders of $55 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Orders below $55 are subject to a standard shipping fee, which will be calculated at checkout.

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Estimated Delivery Times

Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total. Free standard shipping is automatically applied to all orders of $55 or more.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this to track your order directly through the carrier's website.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please first check your tracking information. If your package appears lost or has not moved in several days, contact us at info@nuviro.co and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. Nuviro is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us at info@nuviro.co as soon as possible and we will do our best to update it before shipment.
